- THE METHOD OF FASTING 1 DAY ON 2
As the name implies, this method consists of eating normally for 24 hours and then fasting for 24 hours, and so on non-stop.

NB: As we said above several variants of intermittent fasting exists, if you opt for this diet, do further research and choose the one that suits you best.
