HAIR LOSS TALK: HAIR GROWTH SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Hair loss talk, hair growth smoothie recipe is part of a series of articles that we will initiate on our blog to make our modest contribution to this inexhaustible hair loss talk.

Smoothies are a good source of vitamins and minerals fresh and whole which can be abused without risk to health, their basic composition is usually a mixture of fresh fruits, raw vegetables sometimes added to vegetable milk (hazelnut, rice, almond , soy) or natural yogurt preferably sugarless that we will mix, they usually have a smooth consistency, creamy and smooth.

Here is our selection of smoothies to grow hair

BANANA - STRAWBERRY - ALMOND MILK
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup small strawberries
- 1 cup of almond milk
Mix all the ingredients and mix them using a mixer until you obtain a creamy and smooth texture.
Serve and savor

Banana is rich in biotin or vitamin B8, strawberries contain vitamins B8 and B9, strawberry also contains iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium nutrients that will nourish and strengthen the hair.

APPLE - HAZELNUT - SUNFLOWER SEEDS
- 1 apple, do not epulcher
- 5 to 6 sunflower seeds
- 1 cup of hazelnut milk
Mix all the ingredients and mix them with a mixer until you get a smooth and smooth texture.

AVOCADO - BANANA - COCO
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 banana
- 4 pitted dates
- a little spinach
- 1 cup of coconut milk
Mix the avocado, the banana, the spinach and the dates that we will mix with a mixer then add the coconut milk, mix again until a smooth texture is obtained, serve and savor.

The avocado has always left the favorite ingredients for hair masks and it is not for nothing because it is rich in vitamin, it brings to the body and therefore to the hair a varied amount of vitamins A, B1, B2 , B5, B6, B9, C, E and K.
The avocado also contains many minerals: iron, zinc, manganese, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, in addition it contains essential fatty acids and is a powerful antioxidant.
Dates are rich in vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B3, B5) and vitamins A, they also contain many nutrients including potassium, magnesium, and iron.
 Spinach does not present them so much that their reputation precedes them, for the hair it is a fabulous anti - fall food because it is rich in vitamin A, B, C, and E. It also contains magnesium, calcium and potassium all nutrients of choice that strengthen the hair.

KALE - BROCCOLI - SOY
- 1 cup kale leaf cut kale
- 1 cup of cut broccoli
- 1 cup of soy milk
Mix the ingredients and mix them with a blender until you get a creamy and smooth texture. Serve and savor

Kale is very rich in vitamin A, C, and K, it also contains copper, manganese, potassium and calcium, it also contains nutrients rich in sulfur (found in garlic and the onion that gives them their super power on hair growth) and is rich in antioxidants.

Broccoli is rich in vitamin C, it also contains vitamins E and some vitamins of group B namely vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6, it also contains vitamin K.

Soymilk will come to the rescue of weakened and brittle hair because it is rich in protein and isoflavones that will promote hair growth.
