I am a follower of the natural, organic and green, I am a convert of the paleo diet in my time, sometimes I try myself also to the vegan diet, according to my desires short the essential for me is to eat healthy.

NUTS WITH HONEY AND COCONUT
Preparation time: 15 to 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of almonds

- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons powdered coconut
- 1 cup of coconut milk

OMELET WITH MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 4 to 5 pieces of mushrooms previously boiled
- A few onions
- 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil
- A little parsley
- Salt
Cut the mushrooms, parsley and onion into thin pieces,
Break the eggs in a bowl and add them, put on a stove in which we will put our olive oil.

TOMATO - AVOCADO - CUCUMBER

Preparation: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 100 cooked chicken breast
- 1 small cucumber
- some cherry tomatoes
- 1 little avocado
- the juice of half a lemon
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Cut all the ingredients except the cherry tomatoes and put them in a bowl, add the lemon juice and the coconut oil, mix well, add the cherry tomatoes at the end then pour the chia seeds above.

FRUIT ALMOND SALAD
Preparation: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 50 gr of crushed almonds
Cut the banana, apple and pear into small pieces, mix all the fruits, then pour the crushed almonds on top.

SCRAMBLED  EGGS - SPINACH - CARROT
Preparation: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 cup young spinach sprouts
- 1 fillet of olive oil
- Salt
Boil for about 10 minutes the carrot previously cut into small pieces with the spinach, drain.
Break the eggs, add the pieces of carrots and boiled spinach, sauté in the oil with a little salt and a few spices of your choice.

Preparation time: 3 minutes
Cooking time: 3 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Macha green tea

Mix in a bowl, macha green tea, ginger and about 2 tablespoons water to dissolve macha tea.

LUKEWARM WATER - LEMON - CINNAMON
Preparation: 2 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 cup hot water

In a cup of hot water, add the lemon juice and cinnamon powder, mix and let cool slightly, it is ready to eat.
