RECIPE 1

HEARTBURN WHAT IS IT

Heartburn is caused by the uptake of gastric juice from the stomach to the esophagus.
But because gastric juices are too acidic for the walls of the esophagus, it causes pain, burning sensations and other discomforts.

SYMPTOMS

OUR HOME REMEDIES TO RELIEVE YOU

ALOE VERA DRINKABLE GEL

Consume one tablespoon in the morning and evening.
Studies have shown that after 4 to 6 weeks of treatment, this would have an effect equivalent to OMEPRAZOLE, the molecule most commonly used in the treatment of stomach ulcers.

GREEN CABBAGE JUICE

Ingest about 100 ml of green cabbage juice before each meal.
Green cabbage juice promotes the production of protective mucus and slows the development of stomach inflammation.

STARCH-FREE POTATO JUICE

Consume about 100 ml on an empty stomach, all the time you feel pain or heartburn.

TUMERIC

A very small piece to chew every day, the curcumin it contains, reduces gastric secretion responsible for irritation and burns.

THE HONEY-CINNAMON BLEND

Consuming 2 to 3 tablespoons of this mixture will help to calm your irritations very quickly.

FLAX SEEDS

In a 1 liter bottle of boiled water, infuse 30 g of flax seeds overnight, you will obtain a gelatinous liquid.

 Consume this throughout the day, this liquid will act as a gastric bandage.

CHAMOMILE INFUSION

A small infusion of chamomile to be consumed every evening or before meals, would be an excellent calming agent against heartburn.

 BANANA

Eat at least 2 to 3 ripe bananas per day
Bananas soothe irritations and stomach aches by reducing the secretion of gastric juices.
It also strengthens the stomach walls.

PEPPERMINT

Here the dosages and quantities are to be determined according to the degree of irritation or inflammation (consult a specialist).
Peppermint contains menthol which is an antibacterial, it will  fight against bacteria that cause stomach irritation.

 FENUGREEK

Boil a cup of water, add 1 teaspoon of fenugreek powder, consume it every morning preferably on an empty stomach.

You can also boil 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds for 15 minutes, the dosage is the same.
Fenugreek is rich in mucilaginous compounds, it will cover the stomach walls like mucus, it will act as a gastric bandage.
