Today we are going to share a little secret, weight loss tips: tumeric milk for weight loss.

In view of its many benefits, we are sure that consuming turmeric milk will become a daily pleasure not to mention the weight it will help you lose.
Turmeric milk or turmeric latte or milk of gold is based on turmeric, this spice with thousand virtues originating in India.
Indeed the golden milk or turmeric latte or turmeric milk is an ayurvedic drink composed of several elements which each have their importance as follows:

TURMERIC
The main ingredient of the same family as ginger, it contains a large amount of curcumin that gives the golden milk all its benefits.

BLACK PEPPER
The role of black pepper is to facilitate the absorption of curcumin by the body thanks to the piperine it contains.

GINGER
Its role is to optimize the antioxidant effects of golden milk.

VEGETABLE OIL
It will be the basis for making the mixture in order to obtain turmeric paste, whose curcumin (turmeric) contains only dissolves in an oil or fat.

RECIPE OF TURMERIC MILK OR GOLDEN MILK OR TURMERIC LATTE

There are several recipes of turmeric milk or golden milk, but for ease of use and daily preparation here is the one we use.

Our recipe is divided into 2 parts:
- Preparation of turmeric paste
- Getting the turmeric milk itself

PREPARATION OF TURMERIC  PASTE
Turmeric paste is an old method used in India to facilitate the incorporation of turmeric in some soups, drinks, homemade beauty recipes and sometimes drugs, here also the recipes differ according to the use that one wants to make, it is keep easily between 3 weeks to 1 month cool.

For our turmeric paste we will need:
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup full of powdered turmeric
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger or grated fresh ginger.

PREPARATION
- Bring the turmeric and water to a boil in a saucepan
- Add pepper and ginger, simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 to 15 minutes until the mixture becomes thick.
- Let cool
- Add the coconut oil and mix well.
This is your turmeric paste ready for use for 3 weeks to 1 month of use.

OBTAINING TURMERIC MILK OR GOLDEN MILK OR TURMERIC LATTE

Heat in a pan about 1 cup of a vegetable milk of your choice soy, almond, hazelnuts or rice, then add a tablespoon of turmeric paste, stir the preparation.

Your turmeric milk is ready to be consumed hot, warm or cold according to your taste.
It can be consumed every day and at any time of the day to help you lose weight.
