Influenza  is a respiratory infection caused by a virus, usually lasting 1 to 2 weeks and can have complications that manifest themselves as pneumonia.
Influenza spreads easily from person to person through nasal droplets infested with the influenza virus, which can survive in some environments for 24 hours.
Influenza is often confused with colds, here are the flu symptoms that will help to differentiate them.

FLU TREATMENTS WITH NATURAL REMEDIES

GINGER INFUSION
Boil a root of about 10 to 15 mm of ginger or 2 to 3 tablespoons of ginger powder in about 250 ml of water for 15 to 20 minutes.
Consume hot. This infusion will boost the immune system, decongest blocked nostrils and relieve the body of aches and pains.

CINNAMON AND HONEY TEA
In a cup of very hot water, add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, then 1 teaspoon of honey, mix well, drink this tea while it is still hot.
Cinnamon is a natural analgesic, it is also disinfectant.
Honey is invigorating, these 2 ingredients combined will reduce the harmful effects of influenza in a short time.

GARLIC OR GARLIC TINCTURE
Chop 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, which are infused in about 200 ml of hot water for 10 minutes, consume only 1 cup per day (about 16 g of garlic).
Garlic tincture can be consumed at a rate of 2 to 4 ml, 2 to 3 times a day.

GARLIC + CINNAMON HERBAL TEA

Make a glass of squeezed orange juice in which we will add the juice of an organic lemon.

EUCALYPTUS ESSENTIAL OIL
In inhalation, in friction beforehand dilute in a vegetable oil of your choice or in massage.
Forbidden in case of flu in pregnancy and  to children under 8 years old.

LEEK SYRUP
