HOME REMEDIES FOR WHITENING TEETH

HOME REMEDIES FOR  WHITENING TEETH

You can have perfect oral and dental hygiene, but you still have yellow teeth and this is a rather embarrassing aesthetic problem.
Several things can cause tooth yellowing.

CAUSES OF TOOTH YELLOWING

We can group all these causes into 2 groups:
The intrinsic yellowing of teeth, here the teeth are naturally yellow, and as far as we can remember, they have always had this yellow colour.
The yellowing of extrinsic teeth, here the teeth became yellow after a while it was caused by one thing or another.
Although not knowing all the causes that could lead to this, here is a non-exhaustive list of some of them:

Heredity
Excess fluoride can lead to the appearance of stains on teeth over time
Low mineralized teeth
Some medications
Coffee, black tea, alcohol, wine, some sodas,
The red fruits
Bacteria, fungi
Nicotine and mercury
Accumulation of plaque
Poor oral - dental hygiene

Given the whitening teeth cost :

OUR TEETH  WHITENING TREATMENT AT HOME

BAKING SODA
Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda or sodium is the same thing with 2 teaspoons of water.
Brush your teeth with this mixture 2 to 3 times a week instead of your usual toothpaste.
Baking soda is a mild abrasive with whitening and antibacterial properties.

CIDER VINEGAR
This remedy is a killing because it works so well, but you have to use this trick carefully, because if it is overused, cider vinegar can destroy the protective enamel of your teeth.
Then once a week, rinse your mouth with an equal mixture of water and cider vinegar for a few minutes.
Then rinse your mouth thoroughly with simple water to remove any trace of cider vinegar in your mouth, so that it does not damage the enamel of your teeth.

VEGETABLE COAL
We'll add a little vegetable charcoal to the amount of toothpaste we put on our daily toothbrush and then brush our teeth normally.
We can do it every day.
You can also mix about 4 pinches of vegetable charcoal powder with 1 tablespoon of water in a small bowl, then brush your teeth with a cotton swab, rubbing them lightly after 5 minutes and rinse your teeth with water.
At first we can use vegetable charcoal every day, but once satisfactory results are obtained, we can only use it once or twice a week.

COARSE SEA SALT
Mix a little seawater with a little warm water, soak the toothbrush in this mixture and brush your teeth.
We can do it 2 or 3 times a week.
Sea salt is rich in iodine, thanks to it, this salt has powerful anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.

COCONUT OIL
Here we will do a coconut oil mouthwash
Melt about 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, once warm, put it in your mouth, make movements with your mouth as when using normal mouthwashes.
Keep the coconut oil in your mouth for about 15 minutes, then spit it out (do not swallow it).
Brush your teeth normally.
Do this coconut oil mouthwash for 3 or 4 weeks to get results.
Coconut oil will directly attack the bacteria responsible for dental tartar and reduce inflammation of the gums.
If you have dental tartar, try coconut oil in mouthwash, you won't regret it.

THE GREEN CLAY
Mix 2 to 3 teaspoons of green clay with a little water to obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
Soak the brush in this mixture and use it as your usual toothpaste.
Do it 2 to 3 times a week.
Green clay is cleansing, absorbent and antiseptic, it will clean your teeth and mouth while giving you good breath.
